We are enthusiastically searching for our next team member! We have a full-time position open with our team starting as soon as possible. Work in a positive private practice setting in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. We are a team of 9, including music therapists, speech therapists, and our phenomenal admin staff. Our site offers flexible scheduling, a communicative and supportive work environment, as well as competitive hourly pay and benefits (401k with matching, health insurance, yearly continuing education, and guaranteed hours). Clinicians start at one unified hourly rate of $30-32, with ample documentation/planning/coordination of care time (no pay difference between direct and indirect hours).

For this caseload, we’re looking for someone who brings energy to sessions and who enjoys working predominantly with children. We work with autistic individuals, people with chromosomal abnormalities, individuals with mental health concerns, and more. Sessions occur primarily in our clinic space at 2906 Beacon Street in Colorado Springs, though we do see a few clients in the community. Our clinic space is well-stocked and set up for clients to succeed!
